Can I change my shipping address?

If you are a parent that has an active pre-order that will be shipped to your home, you can change the shipping address anytime before the order ships. Once the order ships, it is too late and the shipping address cannot be changed. 

To change your shipping address, click your name in the top right corner after logging into your account. Click "Account" and you will see a list of all your orders. Find the order you would like to update and click "View Details"

Click the "Update Shipping Address" button and enter your information. Click "Submit" when you are done

NOTE: You can only update your shipping address for ship-to-home pre-orders. You cannot update the shipping address if your school has decided to bulk ship the yearbooks directly to the school. Also, you cannot update the shipping address for Published Orders since the order is sent to our printing facility soon after your order is placed.
