Once you have uploaded the template to Canva, go to File > View Settings and make sure that the Guides is enabled.
If you are getting a low-resolution warning after placing your Canva image on the page, increasing the size of the image in Canva will help. All templates should be saved at the “1.6875” Size, which will be sized perfectly. This must be done for each template you download. Canva will revert the size back to 1.
