Enable and Disable Cover Types (Super Admins Only)

🔒Note: Only users with Super Admin permissions can perform this action. 

If your client or account plans to offer only one cover type (hardcover or softcover), you can disable the other directly from your project dashboard.

Ladder-Format (Industry Standard) Yearbooks 🪜

  1. Click the gear icon ⚙️ in your project dashboard.

  2. Select Enable ✅ or Disable ❌ to manage the cover type.



Section Projects 📑

  1. Click the arrow ⬇️ to expand the cover menu.

  2. Uncheck the “Print Hardcover” or “Print Softcover” checkbox to disable that cover type.



  3. To re-enable a cover type, simply check the same box again.

Important: Users without Super Admin permissions cannot toggle cover types. ❗
