Enabling and Disabling Cover Stamping

Enabling and Disabling Cover Stamping

Cover Stamping
is an optional feature that allows student names to be foil stamped on the bottom right corner of their yearbook cover, adding a personal and polished touch.

How to Enable or Disable Cover Stamping

  1. Go to the "Sell" tab in Creator Studio.

  2. Click “Manage Sales” next to your yearbook project.

  3. Scroll to the "Product Type and Add-Ons" section under Sales Settings.

From here, you can:

  • Toggle Cover Stamping ON or OFF.

  • Select a foil color using the dropdown menu (Silver or Gold).

Foil Color Selection & Order Impact

  • If you change the foil color after accepting pre-orders, all previously submitted orders will be updated to use the new foil color.

  • All books within a single pre-order batch must use the same foil color.

  • Enabling Cover Stamping will change the production timeline to 4 weeks (20 business days) from order placement to delivery.

  • Non-Stamped books will ship in a separate batch and may be delivered earlier. Please be aware of this and plan your yearbook distribution date accordingly.

Make sure to click "Save" after making any changes.

Design Considerations

While designing your cover:

  • You'll notice a semi-transparent name stamp zone in the lower right corner.

  • Keep all important text and images out of this area to avoid overlap with the name stamp.

Availability & Restrictions

  • Available for:

    • Pre-Orders

    • Books shipped in bulk to one location

    • U.S.-based projects only

  • Not Available for:

    • Published Orders

    • Orders with direct-to-home shipping

    • Projects outside the United States

🔁 You can enable or disable cover stamping at any time while accepting pre-orders.
However, if there are existing pre-orders with cover stamping, turning the feature off will not remove stamping from those books. They will still print with the selected foil.
