Exporting Portraits

Exporting Portraits

To export portraits, navigate to Manage People from your project dashboard.

Click the "Export" button in the upper right corner and you will be given two options for exporting portraits: "Proofing Sheet" and "PSPA".

A Proofing Sheet will export the list as a PDF with all the student portraits, their names, grades, teachers and homerooms. This list can be used to share among the staff to ensure the accuracy of student names and their portraits.

If you no longer have your original PSPA file or you used MyYearbookPhoto and want to have a backup, you can export your portraits into PSPA format at any time by clicking PSPA.
