eYearbooks are digital copies of a yearbook that may be offered by the school for purchase in their online yearbook store.
Once the eYearbook order has been placed, the purchaser will receive a confirmation email.
If ordering as a pre-order, the purchaser will NOT receive an email with the download link for the eYearbook until the date the yearbook adviser chooses when submitting an order to production.
If ordering as a “Published Order”, the purchaser will receive a separate email within a few hours which will contain a link to download the eYearbook in EPUB format.
The link will be valid for 7 days and can be downloaded as many times as needed. Once the link expires, a new order would need to be placed for the eYearbook, and a new link will be sent.
If you are a yearbook adviser, you can also order the eYearbook if you are placing an order directly from the editor. Alternatively, you can offer eYearbooks to your customers by creating an online storefront.
