How to Upload a PDF File to Your yearbook Project

PDF is one of the most universal and reliable file formats available. With this new feature, yearbook coordinators can easily add polished documents, formatted pages, certificates, programs, and more—making project creation smoother, faster, and far more flexible.


📄 How to Upload

Uploading a PDF into your yearbook project is quick and simple. Follow the steps below to ensure your file uploads successfully and appears in your photo folder just like any standard JPEG or PNG image.


📁 Requirements Before You Begin

  • PDF file size must be under 16 MB.

  • Your total upload session must not exceed 1.5 GB of combined photos and files.


🚀 Step-by-Step Guide

1. 🔓 Open Your Project

Log in to your account and open the yearbook project you are working on.



2. 🖼️ Access Your Photos

From your Dashboard, look at the left toolbar and click Photos.


3. 📂 Choose Your Folder

Navigate to the specific folder where you want your PDF to be saved.


4. ➕ Click Add Photos

Inside the folder, click the Add Photos button.


5. ☁️ Choose Your Upload Method

You can upload your PDF using any of the available sources:

6. 📑 Select Your PDF

A preview should appear once you’ve selected your PDF file.

7. ⬆️ Upload the File

If the preview looks correct, click the Upload button in the upper-right corner.


8. 🔄 Watch for the Upload Indicator

You’ll see a small indicator icon showing your PDF uploading. After the bar fills, the PDF will begin processing.


9. ⏳ Wait for Processing to Finish

Once the processing icon disappears, your PDF will appear in your photo folder just like any regular image file.


🎉 You're Ready to Use Your PDF!

Your uploaded PDF is now available inside your photo folder and ready to add to your yearbook pages.
