PDF is one of the most universal and reliable file formats available. With this new feature, yearbook coordinators can easily add polished documents, formatted pages, certificates, programs, and more—making project creation smoother, faster, and far more flexible.
Uploading a PDF into your yearbook project is quick and simple. Follow the steps below to ensure your file uploads successfully and appears in your photo folder just like any standard JPEG or PNG image.
PDF file size must be under 16 MB.
Your total upload session must not exceed 1.5 GB of combined photos and files.
Log in to your account and open the yearbook project you are working on.
From your Dashboard, look at the left toolbar and click Photos.
Navigate to the specific folder where you want your PDF to be saved.
Inside the folder, click the Add Photos button.
You can upload your PDF using any of the available sources:

A preview should appear once you’ve selected your PDF file.
If the preview looks correct, click the Upload button in the upper-right corner.
You’ll see a small indicator icon showing your PDF uploading. After the bar fills, the PDF will begin processing.
Once the processing icon disappears, your PDF will appear in your photo folder just like any regular image file.
Your uploaded PDF is now available inside your photo folder and ready to add to your yearbook pages.
