Currently, advisers do not have the ability to control or set limits on how many personalized pages each student or parent chooses to use—up to the platform’s maximum of 12 pages per book.
Each yearbook purchase includes the option for families to personalize a section of the book with their own photos, messages, and memories if the adviser turns on this feature in the storefront settings. This section can include up to 12 personalized pages, allowing for a meaningful and custom keepsake that reflects each student’s unique experiences. However, it is up to the individual purchaser to decide how many of those pages they wish to use, whether it's just a couple pages or the full 12-page allowance.
At this time, yearbook advisers do not have administrative control over how many personalized pages are used within that limit. This means advisers cannot set a custom page cap per student (for example, restricting everyone to just 4 or 8 pages), nor can they view or approve the content that families choose to include in their personal sections.
We understand that some advisers would prefer the ability to enforce consistency or manage personalization to better align with school-wide preferences. While this feature is not currently available, it is a suggestion we’ve heard from schools, and it's something we are actively considering for future platform updates.
We always welcome feedback from advisers and school communities. If you'd find this kind of control helpful, please feel free to share your thoughts with our support team. Your input plays a valuable role in shaping the features we develop going forward.
