Personalizing your yearbook with a custom name plate adds that special touch to your hardcover yearbook to make it uniquely yours! Here’s everything you need to know about the ordering process for name plates:
If your yearbook adviser has chosen to offer cover stamping, you will be offered this service during the checkout process.
From this screen, you can change the student recipient's name (changing this name will also change the name on the shipping manifest, so be careful when using nicknames, as this can cause confusion during distribution).
Once finished, simply click the "Continue" button.
If you do not want cover stamping, simply click the "Proceed Without Name Plates" button.
This simple process makes it easy for parents to customize their yearbooks, and we're here to help every step of the way!
Strong Adhesive: The name plates have a very strong adhesive, which means they can only be applied once. It’s essential to plan the placement carefully before removing the adhesive backing.
Use a Straight Edge: For a precise application, we recommend using a ruler or another straight edge to ensure your name plate goes on straight.
Permanent Placement: Please remember that once the name plate is applied, it cannot be moved. Trying to remove and reapply it can damage the yearbook cover or lamination. We are not liable for any damages that occur from attempting to reposition a name plate.
With a little planning and care, your customized name plates will add a personal touch that students will love for years to come!
