Parent/Student Ordering Guide

Our Creator Studio software allows schools/organizations to sell their yearbooks in online storefronts. The yearbook adviser has the option to collect pre-orders or sell the book for  order. Every school/organization has a different store URL and the yearbook adviser is responsible for providing this URL to parents/students. Please contact your school/organization or yearbook adviser if you do not know the store URL. 

This guide will show you how to identify and place a pre-order or direct ship. 

 

Pre-Order

Pre-ordering means you are ordering the yearbook early when the book is not yet finished. When the yearbook adviser finalizes the yearbook and submits it to production (usually at the end of the school year), your yearbook will then be printed and shipped.

 

1. Navigate to the store URL that was provided to you by your school/organization.

 

2. Look for the school year and yearbook you are wanting to pre-order and click “+ Select” button under its cover. Note the order deadline date. The school will submit the yearbook to print after this date.

 

3. You’ll be asked to sign in or create an account. You can also sign in by clicking "Sign in" in the upper right corner. If you have never logged in before, you will need to create an account by clicking “Sign Up”

 

4. Now you can enter the first and last name of the student you are ordering for (as well as Grade/Homeroom). If you have more than one student that attends this school, you can add multiple students. When you are finished, click "Continue"



5. If your school/organization decides to sell both a hardcover and softcover, you will be asked to choose one book type or the other. If you want one of each book type, you must place a separate order for each type.

 

6. Now you can enter the quantity you want to order for each student and then click "Continue"


 

7. If the yearbook adviser has decided to offer cover stamping, you will be asked if you want to purchase cover stamping now. Once you are finished with your decision, click the "Continue" button.


Note: If you are not presented with the cover stamping option, that means the yearbook adviser decided not to offer it, or cover stamping is simply not available in your area (i.e. Canada). 

 

8. If your school is not taking advantage of bulk shipping, then your book(s) will be shipped to your home. In which case, you will be prompted to enter a shipping address here. If you don't see an option for shipping address, that means your book(s) will be bulk shipped to the school. 

 

9. Now you can review your order details one final time before submitting your pre-order. If everything looks good, enter your billing information and click the "Place Order" button. Then you will be taken to a confirmation screen that will give you an order number (we will also send you a confirmation email with the same information). 


NOTE: If your yearbook adviser has opted to offer personalized pages, you may navigate back to the store and click the button "Edit Personalized Pages".

 

Direct Ship

1. Navigate to the store URL that was provided to you by your school/organization.

 

2. Log into your account by clicking "Sign in" in the upper right corner. If you have never logged in before, you will need to create an account by clicking "Register New Account".

 

3. You can start the order process by clicking the "+Select" button next to the yearbook you want to order.


NOTE: If your yearbook adviser has opted to offer personalized pages, you will be offered two choices. Click “Basic Yearbook” to order a base book without personalized pages OR “Yearbook + Personalized Pages” if you want to order a book with personalized pages. Be sure to click "Create & Order" if you want personalized pages. 

 

4. Now you can enter the quantity you want to order for each book type and then click "Continue"


 

5. Now you will be prompted to enter your shipping address and shipping method. Click "Continue" when you are finished



 

6. Now you will be prompted to enter your billing information and place your order. Choose the method of payment you would like to use, enter your billing information, and click the "Place Order" button. Then you will be taken to a confirmation screen that will give you an order number (we will also send you a confirmation email with the same information).
