🛒 Pre-Order Instructions (Bulk Delivery to School)

1. Visit your school’s online yearbook storefront.

   If you're not sure where to find it, reach out to your school’s yearbook advisor or team.

2. Locate the current school year’s yearbook and click the “+ Select” button beneath the cover image to begin your purchase.
   

3. Enter the first and last name, grade, and homeroom of the student you're ordering for.

• To add more students, click “Add Another Student.”

• Once all students have been added, click “Continue” to proceed.
  

8. You’ll now see the names of the students you entered during checkout.
   Each student can receive their own personalized pages.

📌 Important: If you personalize a student’s book, all copies ordered for that student will include the same personalized pages printed at the back of their yearbook.

9. Click the “Edit Pages” button next to the first student’s name to open the personalization editor and begin designing their pages. 

10. When you're finished designing the personalized pages, click “Finalize and Submit” in the editor.
    You’ll be prompted to pay for the personalized pages at that time.

📌 You must finalize and pay for personalized pages for each student individually—even if you ordered multiple books.

11. After finalizing each student’s personalized pages, you’ll receive a confirmation email for that specific personalization.

12. Repeat steps 9–11 for each student you ordered a yearbook for to ensure all personalized sections are completed and submitted.

Direct Ship Instructions

1. Purchase your book by clicking the “+ Select” under the cover image and name of the yearbook.

2. Click the "Create & Order" button on the left

.

3. Now you can enter the first and last name of the student you are ordering for (as well as Grade/Homeroom). If you have more than one student that attends this school, you can add multiple students. When you are finished, click "Continue"

If you’ve already gone through this process, then you’ll be taken to the list of existing personalization's in Step 4. To add a new one click “Create & Order”.

4. Find the name you want to begin personalized pages and click “Edit Pages & Order”.

5. Once you are finished designing the personalized pages, click the "Finalize and Order" button while you are in the editor.

6. Select the quantity of books you want to order for this student and click "Continue".

7. Enter your billing and shipping information, then click the “PLACE ORDER” button to complete your purchase.

8. You will receive a confirmation email after your order is placed.

⚠️ Please note: once you finalize your personalized pages, they cannot be edited unless you cancel the order within the allowed time.

9. Repeat steps 4 through 9 for each student you are personalizing pages for.

Important: Editing After Finalizing

You have 30 minutes after placing an order to cancel if you need to make changes to your personalized pages.
You can cancel your order by clicking the cancellation link directly in your confirmation email.
