đź–± How to Apply a Student Artwork Cover

  1. Open Your Project – Go to your yearbook in Creator Studio and access your cover.



  2. Select the Cover – Click Templates, then choose STUDENT ARTWORK COVER.



  3. Apply the Cover – Drag the cover template into your yearbook editor.

  4. Add Artwork –

    • Click Manage Photos at the bottom of your screen.



    • Select the folder containing student artwork from the dropdown menu.


    • Drag each piece into the pre-sized frames. (Be sure to use the replace image command)

  5. Customize – Adjust frame color, background color, or add filters to enhance the artwork.

  • Use 8.5 x 11 inches paper.

  • Design in portrait (vertical) orientation.

Technical Requirements

  • Scanning: 300 DPI or higher.

  • File Format: JPG or PNG.

  • Bleed: Include extra space around edges to prevent cropping during printing.

  • Framing: Recommended artwork size: 6.75 x 9.25 inches for perfect fit in the cover frame.
