What are Creator Studio's minimum system requirements?

Minimum System Requirements

Creator Studio is compatible with Mac OS 12 or newer. If you have a version older than 10.6, we suggest upgrading your system or using a different computer. We recommend using a dual core, 1.83GHz or faster processor with at least 2GB of RAM.

Creator Studio is also compatible with Windows 10 and 11. With Windows we recommend using a 2.33GHz or faster processor with at least 2GB of RAM and a minimum monitor resolution of 1280x800.

Creator Studio is compatible with Chromebooks that are running ChromeOS v120 and above. We recommend using a 2.33GHz or faster processor with at least 2GB of RAM and a minimum monitor resolution of 1280x800.

You will likely need a high-speed Internet connection. We recommend having an internet connection with at least 10Mbps download speed and 5Mbps upload speed. If your connection speed is less than this, it will still work, but you may experience some slowness in the application (especially when uploading images and opening pages/sections).

Optimal Recommended System Requirements

  • 2.5GHZ Dual Core processor or faster
  • 4GB RAM or greater
  • 20Mbps download speed, 10Mbps upload speed

If your computer doesn't meet the optimal recommended requirements, but does meet the minimum system requirements, the program will run, but you may experience some slowness, depending on the size or your project.

Additionally, Creator Studio will work with Microsoft Edge, Mozilla Firefox, and Safari, but is optimized to work best with Google Chrome. We do not recommend using Internet Explorer.
