What is the "Unassigned" category?
In Creator Studio, the Unassigned category (found under Manage Photos) is a temporary holding area for images that are no longer linked to a specific section of your project.
When Does This Happen?
Photos are automatically moved to the Unassigned category when:
What Can You Do with Unassigned Photos?
You can easily move or copy unassigned images to another section of your project. Here’s how:

Go to Manage Photos and click on the Unassigned category.

Select the image(s) you want to organize.

Use the “Move to” or “Copy to” dropdown menu to place the selected images into the appropriate section.
🔄 Move will transfer the image from Unassigned to the new section.
📄 Copy will keep the image in Unassigned and also place a copy in the selected section.
Why It Matters
Organizing your images ensures a smoother workflow and helps team members find the right photos faster. Keeping the Unassigned category clear also reduces confusion as your yearbook project progresses.
