Why don't I see the project I was invited to?

If you were invited to collaborate on a yearbook, you should have received an email with a link to access the project. After clicking the link, you should be able to view and start working on the yearbook in Creator Studio.

If you don’t see the project after following the link, here are a couple of things to check:


1. You Haven’t Created a Creator Studio Account Yet

If this is your first time using Creator Studio:

  • Click the invitation link in your email.

  • On the sign-in page, click "Create Account".

  • Fill in your information and submit.

  • Then log in using the email and password you just created.

Once logged in, the project you were invited to should appear on your home screen.


2. You Need to Start a New Session

If you already have a Creator Studio account and still don’t see the project:

  • Click your name in the upper right corner of the screen.

  • Select “Sign Out”.

  • Then log in again.

Refreshing your session will often resolve the issue and display the project invitation properly.
