Yearbook Pricing (Adviser)

Yearbook Pricing (Adviser)

Pre-Order

1. Assuming you have already created a store and added your project to the store for pre-order, you can edit the pricing of your yearbook by clicking "Sell" in the left panel while logged into Creator Studio

2. Click "Manage Sales" for the project you want to adjust the pricing for

3. Click on "Sales Settings" in the left menu

4. If you have an idea how many pages you will have when you are finished with your yearbook, you can enter that number into the Estimated Page Count field to give you an idea of how much you should be selling your yearbook for based on page count

5. Enter the sale price for each book type. You can sell the hardcover and softcover for different prices. Make sure to keep any eye on your estimated cost and profit. If you want to subsidize a portion of your yearbook, enter a price lower than estimated cost. If you want to subsidize the entire cost of your yearbooks, click the Subsidize Entire Cost checkbox and it will set the price of your yearbook to $0. Please keep in mind that you will be responsible for paying the difference of any books you choose to subsidize when you submit your books to production.

6. Click the Save button once you are finished making changes to pricing

Published Ordering

1. Assuming you have already created a store and added your project to the store for 'Published Ordering', you can edit the pricing of your yearbook by clicking "Sell" in the left panel while logged into Creator Studio

2. Click "Manage Sales" for the project you want to adjust the pricing for

3. Click on "Manage Pricing" under the Pricing section

4. Enter the sale price for each book type. You can sell your yearbook at cost or you can sell it at a markup (profit will not be paid out if you sell at a markup). You cannot subsidize your yearbook when it's in 'Published Ordering' status. You may notice the 'sale price' and 'your cost' may be different based on quantity. This is because there is a higher cost associated with printing smaller runs.

5. Click the Save button when you are done making changes to pricing
