At this time, Creator Studio does not support .HEIC image files, which are commonly used by iPhones running iOS 11 or later. You'll need to convert your images to a compatible format such as .JPG or .PNG before uploading.
Most iPhones now save photos in the HEIC format by default to save storage space. In many cases, iOS will automatically convert these files to .JPG when sharing or transferring to a device or app that doesn't support HEIC. However, this automatic conversion doesn't always occur.
Here are a few simple ways to make sure your photos are in the correct format:
1. Automatically convert when transferring to a computer
Go to Settings > Photos
Scroll to Transfer to Mac or PC
Select Automatic
This setting ensures your iPhone converts photos to .JPG format when transferring to a computer via USB.
2. Save future photos in JPG format by default
Go to Settings > Camera > Formats
Choose Most Compatible
This setting ensures all new photos are saved as .JPG instead of .HEIC.
3. Use an online converter for existing HEIC files
If you already have .HEIC images, you can easily convert them using a free online tool. Just search for “HEIC to JPG converter” in your preferred search engine.
