While HEIC uploads typically work from iPhones, there are occasional cases where the file may not upload correctly due to compatibility quirks. If you’re having trouble, we recommend converting the image to a more widely supported format like .JPG or .PNG.
How to Convert HEIC Files (if needed):
Use Automatic Conversion When Transferring to a Computer
Go to Settings > Photos
Scroll to Transfer to Mac or PC
Select Automatic
Save Future Photos as JPG Instead of HEIC
Go to Settings > Camera > Formats
Select Most Compatible
