From your project dashboard, locate the People module at the bottom-right.
Click People.
You’ll see a list of all “people” or “portraits” in your project. Want to add new entries? Learn how to Add Portraits or Import PSPA.
Find the person in the list.
Double Click their name. -OR - From the top toolbar, select Edit.
Update their information, then click Save.
Select two or more people:
Hold Ctrl (Windows) or ⌘ Command (Mac) and click each name,
or click one name, then hold Shift and click the last name in the range.
Click Edit at the top.
Modify Grade, Teacher, and/or Homeroom.
Click Save to apply changes to all selected profiles.
Use the Search box on the upper left of the People list.
Type a name, teacher, or homeroom.
The list updates with matching results.
Optional: refine further using filters (Section, Grade, Teacher, Homeroom, # of times in book, or missing info).
Click any column header (e.g., Name, Grade) to sort the list by that field in ascending/descending order.
Use Filter by Section on the left.
Use the dropdown to choose a section. (If no sections exist, the list will be blank.)
Only portraits matching that section will display.
Select Filter by # of times in book on the left.
Choose “0 times” (or another option).
See only those portraits that meet your chosen criteria.
Check Show only people missing required information.
The list will display portraits missing a photo, name, and/or grade.
Yes, you can print with missing photos.
A “No photo available” placeholder will display where necessary.
While we’ll warn you about missing photos, you may choose to proceed regardless.
To delete specific individuals:
Select one or more names (Ctrl/⌘ or Shift-click).
Click Delete at the top.
To delete all people:
Click Add/Import.
Choose Delete All People.
Confirm on the warning screen (this action cannot be undone).
Use filters and sorting together for targeted edits.
Always double-check selections before mass Save or Delete actions.
Review the missing info filter to ensure every portrait is complete.
