If you would like to have orders from your online store shipped directly to each student’s home, then you will want to set your store up for published ordering. To be able to set your store for published ordering, your project must be complete and all sections/pages must be locked. Once your project is finished and locked, follow the steps below to set your store to published ordering.
Published Ordering
1. Login to Creator Studio.
2. If you do not already have a store created, navigate to the "Sell" tab and click “New Store” to set up your store and add your yearbook project to it.
3. Navigate back to the "Sell" tab in Creator Studio and click “Manage Sales” next to the book name under the store list.
4. Click the option “Published Ordering”
5. If this is the first time you are publishing this project, you will need to go through and fill out the remaining options before publishing
Unlike our “pre-order” option which allows you to sell the book before it’s finished, Published Delivery lets you sell the book after it’s complete and have it ship directly to the student's home.
There are a number of reasons why you would want to set up 'Published Ordering'. For example, you may have already had this book up for sale as pre-order. And you may have already collected orders and submitted those orders to production. But now you may want to open it up for 'Published Ordering' so anyone who still wants to buy a yearbook and have it shipped to their home can do so.
Note: before selecting the Published Ordering option, all pages in your book must be locked and the final proof approved.
