Submitting Your Cover for Approval

Once your cover design is finalized and your cover deadline is approaching, it’s time to officially submit it for approval.


📝 How to Submit Your Cover

  1. Go to your Ladder

  2. Scroll to the cover(s) you’d like to approve.

  3. Click the ⚙️ settings icon next to each cover type.

  4. Select ✅ Submit Cover for Approval.


📌 Confirmation Popup

When you submit, you’ll see a popup message that says:

   


✔️ Required Checkboxes

Before clicking Submit, you must confirm:

  • ✅ I am authorized to submit the cover for [Book Title] for final approval.

  • ✅ I understand that I will not be able to make any changes after I submit this cover for
    approval.

Once confirmed, click Submit. Your cover is now locked 🔒 and officially submitted for approval! 🎉


📄 After You Submit

Shortly after submitting your cover, you will receive a digital PDF proof 📧 of your cover. This allows you to review exactly how your design will appear when printed.


🔍 Pre-Submission Checklist

Before submitting, double-check the following:

  • 📝 Spelling & Grammar — Are all names, titles, and text correct?

  • 🖼️ Image Quality — Are all photos high-resolution (240–300 DPI) and not pixelated?

  • 🎨 Design Alignment — Are all elements centered, aligned, and cropped correctly?

  • 🎯 School Details — Does the year, school name, and mascot (if included) look correct?

  • 🌈 Colors — Are colors consistent with your school theme/branding?


⚠️ Important Reminder: If you need to make changes after submission, please reach out to your Account Manager or Customer Support. Un-approving a cover may incur a fee.
